* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread rain has developed across the region today and will continue into the day Saturday. The heaviest rainfall will occur from Friday evening through Saturday morning.
