LMPD and helicopter are searching for a missing person at risk from 5800 block of Odessa Ave.The male is"Joseph", described as a hispanic male, 61 years old, 5'9", 170 lbs, bald, brown eyes, wearing a floppy hat, glasses, white shirt, light grey shorts, and tennis shoes.
