FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 AM EDT /930 AM CDT/THIS MORNING

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Marshall County in north central Indiana...
  Southern St. Joseph County in north central Indiana...
  La Porte County in northwestern Indiana...
  Starke County in northwestern Indiana...
* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT /930 AM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 853 AM EDT /753 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated that the
    heavier rain with the showers and thunderstorms early this
    morning had some to an end. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected
    to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches
    of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts are expected to be less than one
    quarter of an inch through 11 AM EDT. This additional rain and
    runoff from earlier heavy rainfall will result in some minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Michigan City, La Porte, Plymouth, Westville, Bremen, Knox,
    Walkerton, North Liberty, North Judson, Argos, Kingsford Heights,
    Culver, Wanatah, Hamlet, Lakeville, La Crosse, Koontz Lake,
    Walnut and Oak Grove.
