* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...South Central Edwards County in south central Texas... Southwestern Real County in south central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 130 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry creeks. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1037 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Camp Wood, Vance and Barksdale. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
