* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. For the Coastal Flood Watch, one to two feet of inundation above ground level possible in low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.

* WHERE...Ocean, Atlantic, Cape May and Southeastern Burlington.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 4 PM to 10 PM EDT Tuesday. For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage to vulnerable structures may begin to occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate tidal flooding could continue through at least Friday evening's high tide or perhaps longer.

* AFFECTED AREAS: OCEAN ... ATLANTIC ... CAPE MAY ... SOUTHEASTERN BURLINGTON
