* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1256 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Buckhannon, Weston, Audra State Park, Stonewall Jackson, Burnsville, Sand Fork, Horner, Lorentz, Walkersville, French Creek, Sand Run, Hodgesville, Overhill, Century, Volga and Stouts Mills. - This includes the following highways...
