Robert Shaw was last seen walking in the area of 1400 Washington Avenue on Wednesday, September 23rd, approximately 1:30pm. Shaw is a 80-year old White male, with gray hair, and brown eyes. Shaw is 6'00"/130lbs. He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and black pants.
