UPDATE:
The power has been restored at the Arcadia Police Department, and our 9-1-1 system is fully operational. 9-1-1 calls have been transferred back to the Arcadia Police Department and are once again being answered by our dispatch center.

Be advised, the Arcadia Police Department is currently experiencing a power outage that has affected our 9-1-1 system. We are in the process of transferring 9-1-1 calls to another agency to ensure emergency calls continue to be answered.
The power outage is limited to the Police Department and is not affecting the rest of the City of Arcadia.
We will provide an update once our 9-1-1 system has been restored. At this time, our business telephone lines at the Department are still working.
