High Wind Warning until 11:00AM 
* WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts 45 to 60 mph. Localized gusts up to 75 mph for Akutan and 85 mph for Cold Bay.
* WHERE...Aleutians East Borough.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM AKDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong front and low pressure system will move across the Alaska Peninsula this morning. Expect strong southerly wind gusts with the highest gusts around Cold Bay and westerly gusts around Akutan. Winds will quickly turn westerly later this morning and will slowly diminish before turning southerly and becoming gusty again, with gusts 40 to 60 mph, this evening.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ALEUTIANS EAST BOROUGH
