LASD is Asking for the Public's Help Locating At Risk Missing Person, William Marshall Prosser
Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public’s help locating At Risk Missing Person, William Marshall Prosser. Prosser was last seen on September 23, 2026, at 01:00 a.m. on the 3700 block of Katella Ave., in the city of Cerritos. Possible destinations are Artesia Blvd. and Norwalk Blvd., or Del Amo Blvd., and Norwalk Blvd., in the city of Cerritos. Prosser has dementia and his family is concerned for his well-being
Prosser was last seen wearing a grey hat, dark blue jean jacket, tan shorts, and brown shoes.
Prosser is 67 years old, 5'11", 150 lbs., with gray hair/beard and hazel eyes.
