INCIDENT: PC 422 - Criminal Threats and PC1203.2(A)(1) - Violation of Probation
LOCATION: 300 Block of W Broadway St., Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Felipe Andrade, 35-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Thursday, September 24, 2026, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to a reported disturbance near the 300 block of W Broadway Street in the City of Needles.
During the investigation, deputies learned the suspect, identified as Felipe Andrade, had become upset with the victim regarding allegations that she was performing witchcraft on him. The suspect then threatened the victim, causing her to fear for her safety.
Based on the investigation and statements obtained at the scene, Andrade was arrested on the above-mentioned charges and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Andrade remains in custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
