INCIDENT: P.C. 487(A) – Grand Theft
LOCATION: 15000 Block of Lindero Street, Victorville
SUSPECT 1: Porzhae Stanberry, 29-year-old Resident of Victorville
SUSPECT 2: Max Moreno, 43-year-old Resident of Hesperia
SUSPECT 3: Manuel Moreno, 51-year-old Resident of Hesperia
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at approximately 9:18 p.m., deputies from Victorville Station responded to the 15000 block of Lindero Street for an area check regarding several subjects in the vicinity of a construction site.
Three subjects were observed loading several items from the construction site onto a flatbed trailer attached to a Chevrolet truck. The subjects left the construction site in the vehicle and traveled to the 15000 block of Manzanita Street.
The three subjects, identified as Porzhae Stanberry, Max Moreno, and Manuel Moreno, fled from the vehicle. With the assistance of Sheriff’s Aviation Division, all three subjects were located and taken into custody. Deputies recovered property with an estimated total value of approximately $32,000.
Porzhae Stanberry and Max Moreno were arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto for, P.C. 487(A) – Grand Theft. Manuel Moreno was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto for, P.C. 487(A) – Grand Theft and several outstanding warrants.
