Activity for September 24, 2026:
- Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Fourth Street for a disorderly subject with a knife. A 21-year-old female was arrested for malicious destruction of property; resisting and obstructing; and felonious assault.
- Officer Vernier responded to the 1000 block of West Argyle Street for a disorderly subject. A 43-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
- Officers assisted JFD with a fatal fire in the 1000 block of Third Street. The investigation is ongoing.
- Officer Brooker was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 300 block of Bates Street. The 20-year-old male suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival, and has not been located. Domestic assault charges will be sought on the male.
- Officer Brooker conducted a property security check in the 100 block of Bates Street.
- Officers located a wanted subject in the 400 block of South Blackstone Street. A 32-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Panther and Officer Tripp responded to the 1200 block of Merriman Street for a warrant arrest. A 34-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 500 block of Second Street. A 55-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
