* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and widely scattered power outages are expected.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Full leaf cover on trees may result in trees or limbs suffering wind damage at lower wind speeds than usual.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTH OREGON COAST RANGE
