Harvey Street and Sternberg Road Intersection Reconstruction: Phase 2 Traffic Update
Due to forward progress, Phase 2 of the Harvey Street and Sternberg Road intersection reconstruction in Norton Shores may begin as early as Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
On the first day of the transition from Phase 1 to Phase 2, Harvey Street will be closed to traffic both north and south of the intersection. Sternberg Road traffic will be shifted to maintain traffic flow.
During phase 2, the south side of the intersection will be closed to Harvey Street traffic.
Detours will remain in place throughout construction. Drivers should expect delays.
