The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and the DC Department of General Services (DGS) would like to inform the community that the tennis court at Harry Thomas Recreation Center (1743 Lincoln Road, NE) will be closed to the public starting Thursday, October 1st, 2026, with construction estimated to be completed in late 2026.
The project includes resurfacing the tennis court and improving overall court conditions for community use.
