A state of emergency has been declared across numerous counties in NJ, effective at 5:00 p.m. today. The storm is expected to bring strong winds, heavy rain, and significant coastal flooding. High tides are expected at approximately Friday at 8:00pm, Saturday at 8:15am and 8:30 PM, and Sunday at 9:00am and 9:15pm.
NEVER attempt to drive through floodwaters, and please stay off of roadways when possible. It is recommended to move parked vehicles to higher ground to prevent flood damage to them. Parking is available at the Middletown Train Station lots.
