Flood Warning and Nor’easter Safety Information
A Flood Warning is currently in effect for our area. A Nor’easter is expected to bring significant flooding and strong winds over the next several days.
Saturday morning is forecast to bring the highest tides of the storm. Flooding at the Highlands Bridge is expected around 8:20 a.m. Saturday, with flooding occurring sooner in areas north of the bridge and later in areas south of the bridge.
Residents are encouraged to take precautions now:

Move vehicles to higher ground, especially if you are in a flood-prone area.

Secure loose items around your home and property, as strong winds are expected.

Monitor local weather conditions and be prepared for changing conditions.
