A state of emergency has been declared across numerous counties in NJ, effective at 5:00 p.m. today. The storm is expected to bring strong winds, heavy rain, and significant flooding. High tides on the Raritan are on Friday at 8:10pm, Saturday at 8:30am and 8:50 am, and Sunday at 9:10am and 9:30pm.
NEVER attempt to drive through floodwaters, and please stay off of roadways when possible. It is recommended to move parked vehicles to higher ground to prevent flood damage to them.
