FLOODING ROAD CLOSURES The Ocean Township Police Department is advising residents that, due to considerable flooding and deteriorating roadway conditions, the following roadways are being restricted to residents only until further notice: • Bay Parkway — past Sandspoint Road • Lagoon View • Bonita Road • Clearwater Drive • Marine Road These restrictions are being put in place to help protect residents, their homes, and property from additional impacts caused by vehicle traffic and wakes. Please DO NOT attempt to drive through flooded roadways. If you do not live on one of the affected roadways, please use an alternate route. Residents traveling in these areas are urged to use extreme caution, reduce speed, and avoid creating wakes. Vehicle wakes can push additional water onto neighboring properties and cause further damage. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we continue to monitor conditions throughout Ocean Township.
