Dense fog has formed across many of the river and mountain valleys of West Virginia, southwest Virginia, and northeastern Kentucky this morning. Visibility will be restricted with this dense fog and could be as low as half a mile or less in spots. Exercise caution traveling this morning. Slow down, use low beam headlights, and leave extra distance between other vehicles. Allow yourself extra time to reach your destination safely.
