Leonia Redevelopment Update: What’s Next for Broad Avenue?
Redevelopment planning is moving forward in Leonia, and residents are invited to learn more and help shape what comes next.
The Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Redevelopment & Revitalization will provide an update on the progress made along Fort Lee Road below Grand Avenue and within the Willow Tree Road corridor. The committee will also share its initial thinking and preliminary ideas about what thoughtful revitalization of Broad Avenue might look like.
Broad Avenue is more than a street—it is the heart of our commercial community. No specific redevelopment plan for Broad Avenue has been finalized. Before developing any ideas further, the committee wants to hear residents’ reactions, concerns, priorities, and suggestions. This Town Hall is intended to begin that important community conversation.
