* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving showers and storms will likely bring widespread 2 to 4 inches of rain across the watch area. Localized areas of 4 to 6 inches of rain are expected. - weather.gov/safety/flood
