INCIDENT: P.C. 273A(A) - Child Abuse and P.C. 273.5(A) - Felony Spousal Abuse
LOCATION: 1000 Block of Lillyhill Dr., Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Arneshia Foster, 31-year-old Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at approximately 10:12 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Lillyhill Drive, for a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted the suspect, identified as Arneshia Foster. During the course of the investigation, deputies determined Foster assaulted a juvenile victim and an adult victim who reside in the home. Both victims sustained injuries as a result of the incident. The adult victim was provided medical attention at the scene by local medical personnel.
Foster was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Foster remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail set at $50,000.00, pending a court hearing.
