* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern Val Verde County in south central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 222 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Comstock, Juno, Seminole Canyon State Park, Box Canyon, Amistad Acres, Bakers Crossing and Devils River State Nat Area Del Norte. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
