* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...North Central Val Verde County in south central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 300 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1046 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. This heavy rain area will move across the same locations that received a heavy rain in the early morning hours Wednesday. This will make small streams respond more rapidly and could make rural low water crossings impassable. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
