Wesley Lake Outfall Project Testing Today, Thursday, October 1
Residents and visitors may see an engineering crew, equipment, and a drilling rig at the south end of the beach, bordering Ocean Grove beach, and in the Carousel parking lot today, Thursday, October 1.
This activity is testing for the potential Wesley Lake Outfall Project. The crew is conducting test borings on the beach to gather information that will help advance the project design. The rig will be staged in the Carousel lot and walked over to the beach. The City Engineer and the Department of Public Works have been notified of the work.
This work is related only to the Wesley Lake Outfall Project.
