* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding of low lying and flood prone area.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rain, heavy at times, is expected this afternoon into early this evening. Rainfall totals of 2 inches or more in just a few hours could occur within the more intense rainfall corridors.
