The Borough will be performing milling & paving on Malcolm Street and Duncan Street. The paving schedule is as follows:
Friday, October 2, 6:00 am - Milling begins, until complete
Monday, October 5, 6:00 am - Paving begins, until complete
Please note that all work is weather dependent, and the schedule is open to change. Any updates will be distributed via all outlets accordingly.
During milling operations, roads will be accessible but not recommended for access. Once milling is completed, residents will have complete access to their property. Caution is highly advised.
Once paving operations begin, residents will not have access to their property. Please plan ahead for limited or no access during the hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm on the streets named above. Once paving operations are complete, the roads being paved will stay closed to road traffic. Once the contractor and the Department of Public Works deem the asphalt ready to drive on, roads will reopen.
Residents parking on the street must obey all traffic laws and parking regulations, including not parking within 50 feet of a stop sign.
