* WHEN...Until Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, (5.5 meters), Major lowland flooding above Ozona to Amistad Reservoir floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:15 PM CDT Thursday was 16.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.3 feet this afternoon.
