* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas including on streets and in underpasses. Due to falling leaves, storm drains and ditches may be clogged increasing the risk of flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 551 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated torrential downpours moving into the Advisory area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
