Activity for October 1, 2026:
- Officer Panther and Officer Tripp responded to West Wilkins Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive for a weapons complaint.
- Officer Richardson was dispatched to the 900 block of Chittock Avenue for a warrant pick-up. A 17-year-old female was lodged at JCYC on an outstanding juvenile warrant.
- Officers responded to the 1500 block of East Michigan Avenue for a domestic situation. A 29-year-old male was arrested for malicious destruction of property, violating a conditional bond order, and violating a personal protection order. Charges will be sought on a 31-year-old female for harboring a fugitive.
- Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North Gorham Street for subjects arguing. A 25-year-old female was arrested for felonious assault and conditional bond violation.
- Officers responded to the 800 block of Sunburst Drive for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle had been involved in an accident and was abandoned near Lansing Avenue and Blackstone Street. The vehicle was impounded at the owner’s request.
- Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of West Argyle Street for a subject damaging property. A 47-year-old male was arrested for a parole violation.
