Road Closures & Parking Restrictions
Please be advised that Bloomfield Avenue will be closed from Roseland Avenue to Lane Avenue from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, October 4, 2026, for the Annual Caldwell Street Fair.
During this time, no vehicular access will be permitted onto Bloomfield Avenue from any side street between Forest Avenue and Espy Road.
Certain areas of the Hanford and Parsons Municipal Parking Lots will be posted NO PARKING for the event. All other areas of the municipal lots will remain open for public parking.
Hanford Place will remain open to two-way traffic for residential access; however, NO PARKING will be permitted along the entire street.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are encouraged to plan alternate routes.
