9/13 – 11:03 p.m. – Police responded to a domestic battery call on Regency Place. The following day, a male suspect was taken into custody. On September 14, the St. Clalir County State’s Attorney’s Office – Domestic Violence Unit charged the defendant, Kerstan M. Panzau, 29 of Millstadt, with two counts of Domestic Battery; both Class A Misdemeanors.
