She is a 51-year-old female Black who was last seen on October 6, 2026 at 10 a.m. on the 1600 W Avenue J, in the city of Lancaster. Ms. Higgens was traveling in her red 2022 Genesis QC69, California license plate, 9RGT383.
Ms. Higgens is 5’05”, 225 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
Ms. Higgens has a medical condition and her family is concerned for her well-being.
