INCIDENT: Possession of a Stolen Vehicle
LOCATION: Bear Valley Road / Apple Valley Road, Apple Valley
SUSPECTS: Jon Hall, 53-year-old Male, Resident of Indiana
Misty Horner, 49-year-old Female, Resident of Lucerne Valley
Michelle Frazier, 57-year-old Female, Resident of Lucerne Valley
SUMMARY:
On Sunday, October 4, 2026, at about 10:14 p.m., deputies with the Apple Valley Station located a stolen white Dodge van in a shopping center near the intersection of Bear Valley Road and Apple Valley Road. Deputies conducted a traffic stop and contacted three subjects inside the vehicle. Jon Hall, Misty Horner, and Michelle Frazier were detained without incident.
Frazier was found to have two misdemeanor warrants for her arrest. All three subjects were transported to the High Desert Detention Center.
Hall and Horner were booked for PC 496d(a), Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. Hall was later released after posting bail.
During the booking process, Frazier was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. She was subsequently booked for PC 4573.5, Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Jail, as well as her outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
