Beginning Wednesday, October 14, 2026, Norton Avenue will be closed between Park and Jefferson Streets for water service replacements and new water main connections and valves. A new water main will also be installed on Seminole Road, south of Norton Avenue.
Northbound Seminole Road will be closed from Seaway Drive to West Norton Avenue. Northbound BR-31 (Seaway Drive) traffic should take Hoyt Street north to Maplewood Avenue, then head west to Sanford Street or Sixth Street.
