 4.Approval of Resolution 2026-17 for the LPA-ODOT-Let Agreement for the following projects:


LPID 112985 will rehabilitate the CLE-52-0159 L/R bridges over Tenmile Creek by replacing the decks, converting to semi-integral, and painting the superstructures, and the CLE-52-0498 L/R bridges over Twelve Mile Creek by converting to semi-integral.
 
PID 114541 will resurface a portion of US 52 in Hamilton and Clermont Counties, including through the Village of New Richmond corporation limits.
