There was an electrical surge, possibly at the substation on SR 43 south which has caused widespread power outages. We do not have an ETA on repair, Dispatch is being overwhelmed with calls about when the power will be back on or just reporting it is out. We have no control over First Energy repair timelines.
PLEASE only call dispatch for an emergency.
You can text First Energy at 54487 LIGHTS), go online to https://www.firstenergycorp.com/outages_help/Report_Power_Outages.html or call 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877),
We will update if we receive additional info.
Thank you.
