On Thursday, September 3, 2026, Ashland Police officers responded to a robbery at Ashland Massage located in the 300 block of South Washington Highway.
Subsequent to an investigation, Ashland Police investigators charged Elijah Thomas Deane with Armed Robbery, Abduction, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, Malicious Wounding, Brandishing a Firearm and Petit Larceny in connection with that incident. Thomas Deane is currently being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
