* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will quickly increase Monday evening into Tuesday morning, with the strongest gusts peaking through midday Tuesday. Winds will decrease slightly, but still stay elevated into Wednesday.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HAINES BOROUGH AND KLUKWAN
