Hydrant Flow Test - 1 Norton Ave. - 10/20/26 - 9pm 
The City of Oneonta Department of Public Works will be conducting
a hydrant flow test tonight, Tuesday, Oct. 20th, starting around
9:00 p.m. in front of Fox Hospital, 1 Norton Ave. Testing is expected to take a half hour.
