The Town of Bedford DPW will be doing roadway milling on McLain Street between Barker Street and South Bedford Road (State Route 172) on Thursday, October 22, 2026. The roadway will be closed to vehicular traffic in both directions. Residents will be allowed access to their residences with assistance from the DPW crew on scene. The roadway will be closed from 7 am until approximately 330 pm.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and should expect delays in the area. Please plan accordingly and use caution when traveling near the work zone.
