Hartman Park (adjacent to the football and soccer fields) and Riverside Park will be closed until further notice. The pedestrian bridge between the parks will also be closed until further notice.
Any Koogler Middle School or Park Ave School students who use this route to get to school need to find an alternate route.
City Officials will need time to evaluate the parks and pedestrian bridge for damage resulting from the flooding before it can be reopened.
