10/21 - 9:20 p.m. - Leonard C. Pierce, 57 of Millstadt, was arrested on two St. Clair County traffic warrants. He was cited for No Valid Driver's License, No Valid Registration, & Operation Uninsured Vehicle. Incident occurred at West Washington Street and Main Street.
