Good morning,
Pen Argyl Borough's Trick-or-Treat is tonight, Saturday, October 31, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, rain or shine!
We remind all motorists to slow down, stay alert, and watch carefully for children walking through neighborhoods and crossing streets.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to accompany young children, use flashlights or reflective clothing, and remind children to cross streets safely.
Let's work together to make Halloween a fun and safe evening for everyone!
Thank you,
Pen Argyl Borough
