Avoid South St. on October 30 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM due to the downtown Halloween trick or treating event. Expect heavy traffic and road closures, as Pine St., Elm St., and Miller Rd. will be closed at South St. Please plan an alternate route, allow extra travel time, and watch for children and pedestrians in the area.
