* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southwest will increase tonight with gusts up to 40 to 50 mph. Winds diminish Friday morning before a stronger round of northwest winds develop by Friday afternoon.
