On 10/19/2026, at approximately 09:05 PM, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Communications Center received a telephone call from a subject who requested deputies respond to a residence on Tahquitz Court to check on the wellness of their family members.
Deputies from the Camarillo Police Department responded and located (D) Charles Jaseph and (D) Shirley Jaseph deceased at the location. The two decedents were identified as a married couple associated with the residence.
Detectives believe this is an isolated incident and do not believe there is an outstanding threat to the public. The cause and manner of the deaths will be determined by the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office. This investigation is ongoing.
