* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Anchorage Bowl, including Eagle River.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few additional power outages may result. Travel may be difficult, especially along the S curves of the Glenn Highway.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The High Wind Warning has been downgraded to a Wind Advisory. While the highest winds have peaked earlier this morning, gusty winds will linger through mid-afternoon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE
